Nice hotel. Clean and people are friendly.

Breakfast. And the blanket is so thin almost like having 2 sheets.

Front desk was pleasant. Room was clean smelled great upon entering looked Like housekeeping did their job. Water was nice and hot!

Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. Location was almost hard to find very dark back there.

First off the booking tried to double charge me &the facility&myself had to reach out to the booking department & I didn't like how I was supposed to be confirmed & wasn't, very disappointed with the situation.

Had originally booked the Providence location of this brand of hotels but having seen their reviews (about 2/5) we changed to this location as the reviews were better. The bedroom and whole hotel in general stank of cigarettes and marijuana. Found an empty can of “Febreze” under our bed which had been used to try and hide the cigarette smell. Fan in the bathroom sounded like an MRI scanner it was so loud. Deadbolt on door didn’t work, neither did the latch so we used one of the dirty towels we were provided to secure the door. There were lots of people living there, hanging around outside, and it didn’t feel particularly safe or sanitary. The “complimentary breakfast” was coffee, granola bars, sweaty muffins, and packets of oatmeal served on a bench opposite reception in the foyer. Vending machine for drinks was broken and we were advised to cross the 6 lanes of traffic to a nearby convenience store to buy water. Only a couple of sheets (no duvet or comforter) on the bed but didn’t request one from reception as couldn’t be sure if it would be clean. Only 3 pillows provided for a queen bed, but again, didn’t request additional as was wary of cleanliness. All in all, not a great stay, and very thankful to check out after 4 nights.

I was given a room that reeked of cigarette. I was feeling unwell/sick and the horrible smell was not helping. After telling me they were sold out & didn’t have anything else, they were able to give me another room. The other room was worst. I had to leave for an event, when I returned I checked with front desk to see if maybe there had been a cancellation & I could switch & I was told to check back next day, but I was only staying one night. Overall incredible uncomfortable experience.

The location was great - close to main roads, yet far enough not to hear noises. The room has a kitchen in case you need to cook or warm up some food. Pets are allowed.

The place smelled really bad. First floor wasn't ideal - people driving in and out were really loud.
