Close to the airport and got there in plenty of time.
No one told us the place was under construction and I was totally disappointed when we drove up and the front was not open and we had to go through side doors. I am sure it will be nice when it is finished but I wished I had been informed before we booked.

Hotel was being renovated. AC was poor. Door lock wouldn't work often.

We needed a hotel close to the airport with 24 hour shuttle service. This was perfect. They are doing a lot of renovations but it appears all the sleeping rooms are finished. Looks like it will be a nice renovation.
There’s a nice full service restaurant just next door; very convenient. We didn’t need to have a car to find a meal.
Quick 3-4 minute ride to airport check-in.

The construction but I’m glad that they were updating the outside.

Modern, clean, quiet fantastic rooms. The employees working the front desk last night 8/8 and this morning 8/9 were some of the kindest, most accommodating people I've encountered in hospitality - same with the gentleman driving the airport shuttle. Fantastic service!

Very close to hotel, and was easy to find.
Usb ports not working, mirror hanging on bathroom wall not secure, screws out of wall. thought room would have been cleaned everyday but had to ask to have it done. I know renovations are happening but no excuse to not have complimentary coffee in the morning and when their was coffee in morning it was after 8:30 - 9:00 in the morning and you had to pay for it.

bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and shower was walk-in style and looked recently updated???
the entrance to the hotel in the back (where 85% of the parking is) wasn't accessible due to construction to the courtyard, pool area....so, a rather considerable walk with luggage to get to an open door at night was a bit cumbersome. but, it's temporary, so, your experience may vary depending on when you stay.

The location and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was dirty! Dried bogies, on the under side of desk. There was 2 big sticky spots on the floor. The curtains were ripped.

The hotel was near to major transportation stations, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was still in process of being updated so the facility wasn't so great.

It was a good sized room with 2 queen beds, nice to have sink accessible outside of bathroom. also had microwave which is helpful.

the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great
the floor was very dirty ! the shower door wouldn’t stay close when taking a shower so I had to keep closing so water wouldn’t get everywhere . they could have cleaned better . I cleaned the entire room with wipes before laying or getting comfortable

the facilities are very motel like, not what Radisson hotels usually stand for. The surroundings are quite sad looking and not inviting. Compared to other airport hotels this one is rather at the lower end.

the neighbors are so noisy that they talked and played music and closed door loudly and often even at 4 am. Can’t fall asleep very well.

the smell it had an terrible smell and I didn’t receive my secure deposit back and in my room the bathroom door was broken with no handle I would never book with them again

Handy across street from Providence International Airport which is why we booked there.
They advertise a restaurant. It's been closed for 2 years. Clearly no intent to reopen. Breakfast offered which was terrible. Chose two containers of fruit. Both were sour and rotting. The two other choices were awful. Don't waste money there. Only restaurant in walking distance is next door opening at 3:30 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. Very good dinners.
