Location was very convenient being that we were enjoying the amenities around the area. Pool/spa/gym looked nice but we did not use.

High price for stay but ok compared to other resorts nearby. Had no issue paying for convenience of location. Breakfast was not free to all guests. Thankfully I did request free breakfast during my booking, but once the server brought a bill to my table, i had to bring it to their attention. They corrected it but i noticed MANY families were not aware that breakfast was not free.

Distance from Hershey Park. The hotel was within 10 minutes if the park. This was great especially at the end of the day when you're tired. It's nice not to have to drive too far to get to the hotel.

The place just was not clean. Looked very old. Needs to be updated. The price paid was too much for the way the property looked. Also, there is a vibe that people of color I not liked by some staff members.

I liked the proximity to Hershey park.

The staff was rude. the hotel looks old outdated and not clean.

Close to area attractions. Staff very kind and helpful.

Value was not good. Breakfast not included. Rooms dated. Bathroom moldy.
