The property is close to Knoebels Amusement Park which I liked and alot of food options around the way. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The rooms could use a bit of updating.

Better pillows and air conditioning only worked on low.

Large room with comfortable bed and more amenities than usual for this chain and other budget hotels. Brightly lit, small fridge and microwave, very comfortable desk chair, large sink area, good wifi, nice hangers for clothes, sockets beside bed. Dogs allowed with no fee. Plenty of places to walk them. Friendly’s Restaurant next door but only open for lunch or dinner. Good restaurants a short distance away. No noise from other rooms.

The fan in the heating/cooling system was very loud and system made noise even when fan was off. Therefore I couldn’t tell whether noise from road outside was a problem. There are rooms on the other side of the motel.

Clean

We were going to Knoebels and needed a place to crash. Room was spotlessly clean. It was quiet and dark. We would stay again.

the shower was poorly maintained and the facility was very run down. The night staff did not have a customer service mindset.

The room was clean except the smell wasn't great.

The beds were horrible. The mattress had 0 comfort. When asked if there was smoking in the rooms the lady told me she didn't know but everywhere were stickers that they're 100% smoke free. I asked if there were other rooms available and she said they were booked full. Our room didn't smell like smoke but it didn't smell good. The bathrooms are extremely small as well.
