Hatten zuerst ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug bekommen. Ging gar nicht, war viel zu laut. Haben nach einer Rellamtion ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Dies hat dann gepasst. Hatten dann beim Check Out mehr als 80 Dollar bezahlen müssen als der bestätigte Preis von booking.

the room was just right for me and my family, it was close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. we enjoyed our stay. thank you

renovation was a inconvenience only had access to one elevator and the stairs was a strain on my husband

Amazing location in front of the beach. We enjoyed our stay thanks to the Incredible welcoming and lovely staff. We felt at home and loved. I want to thanks Tatiana at the reception and Kaira at the restaurant that welcomed us and ensured our stay was perfect. We will come back for sure in our next visit to Miami.

Comfortable bed but that was basically it.

Everything else from the time we checked in until we left. There were two check in people at the front desk, not one of them greeted us. When I asked which one I was to go to the lady just pointed at the other man. He was very shallow and hardly spoke to us about anything. The room was freezing to the point we turned the heat on, not that it even worked, but 63 degrees is not acceptable. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. After showering, noticed the bathroom floor was flooding with water even though we secured the curtain. The TV didn't even have a clear picture and kept skipping. I was supposed to have breakfast included, and the front desk person even said, yet we had to pay over 60 dollars for breakfast. We COULD NOT wait to leave. Worst hotel experience I have EVER had, ever!! The 3 star rating this hotel has should be even Lower.

No me gustó nada. Y parte de la inundación en mi habitación muy malo el servicio. Del personal no nos prestaron la ayuda suficiente

Limpeza, cama muito confortável, vista do quarto e localização excelente. Custo benefício incrível.

Não tenho nada a reclamar. Talvez apenas que os elevadores de manhã demoram, acho que não dão vazão pra quantidade de pessoas.
