Room had infestation of bedbugs

very basic breakfast options. not good sound proofing could hear everything in and out makes for hard sleep. bed ok definitely to firm for stomach sleepers

Access from the expressway is great! Beds are comfortable and room is clean. Quiet area and close by lots of places including Chili's and Walmart.

The location was convenient! Perfect spot to get to where we needed to go in a good amount of time. Also, easy to find, no getting lost. The staff were kind & friendly (except housekeeping). Always smiling & never rude when spoken too. The breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of food to fill everyone up & fresh too! There were carts to use to move your luggage to & from your room.

My room was not comfortable to me. The walls looked like they have never been cleaned. There was yellow stuff on them along with black & brown as well. The overflow in the sink was so gross. Looked like there was stuff growing around it. The carpet felt & looked nasty in my room. I forgot my house shoes & didn’t have a choice but to walk on it & I never felt clean until washing up again. All the furniture was scratched up & ugly. One of the drawers in my dresser was broken & sitting crooked. Couldn’t find a TV guide in my room. My room never got really cold. The a/c didn’t run super good. It was never just hot but not that super cold that our family is used to. And they didn’t & refused to give me enough towels for all my family. We had 5 people in our room & 3 towels. That just doesn’t add up. Usually they give us more towels at hotels & just mark down that our room has extras.

Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Toilet ran all night and was very loud.

It was a warm night and the a/c in the room I had would not kick in. I was moved to another and had the same problem. Probably won’t stay here again. Too hot in the room.

This place was the perfect stop over for our trip home to Hot Springs, AR from Florida. It is quiet yet right off the highway.

I moved from another close hotel to get these better accommodations. Large clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfasts for complimentary offering. Smile and generous help from front desk. Will definitely call this home base again in future.

Entrance can be tricky off highway but construction will change over time.
