There were Knats and roaches complained and was told she woukd cone handke it. Noone showed up. Talking on the phone and noticed a roach crawling in the bed. Called the front desk to ask for refund so I could move to another hotel was told I had to wait 3 to 4 days. I can't wait 3 to 4 days I'll wait in my car for management to come. Stayed in the car from 3am to 10 am. Management assured me that she had another room that was better. First room 106 I stepped into has a roach on the cups. Went to the next room 108 Knats called front desk and they sent maintenance in with vinegar to pour down drain. Next morning went to store to get Knats stuff. Woke up next morning and roaches crawling like crazy. Checked at and told the front desk and showed her video of the roaches , her reply was u agreed to stay. Excuse me u assured me that this room would be better. I request a refund she told me she would only give me a refund for a day. How come I stayed for 3 days because I had no money to move any where else and she told me the refund would take not 3 to 4 days she said 7 to 10 days. Please shut this place down. I believe the people staying there don't have any place else to go like me I was stuck. Anytime u r moved to 3 rooms and they ALL have bugs that mean the entire place is infected. I would like to have my total refund. She said she would refund one day and I haven't even got that .My stay was from the may 20 to the 23. Also I booked for a double room I got a single room.

So Dirty room with dirty sheets. When I come back to reception for ask about another room An extremely rude older lady said she would only show me 1 room. When I showed her the dirty sheets she said “just a few stains”

I liked the staff and the hotel and it was also close to my job.

I didn't like that I didn't have a microwave or a fridge I had to throw away my food it got bad

It was close to Rio Vista Park

It looked worn out. There was no microwave or refrigerator and no usb outlets like other places I’ve been to.

The rates were okay for what it was and their vending machine was decent

All the staff I spoke to were dull and sounded like they all just hated their job. I gave housekeeping my towels and they never brought me new ones when I went to the front they had no towels to give me and told me I had to wait till the morning even though I was in a swim suit knowingly having to shower .

It was just off the highway and close to the event the next day

Our room was dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned when we got there. Someone’s drink and ear plugs were on the table. When you opened the door the room you the smell of weed was overwhelming. We had to leave our clothes in the truck and what we had on was put in the bed of the truck the next day.

Umm..staff was friendly and parking right in front of room.

Ok so.. first off I read reviews and thought surely it couldn't be that bad..so first we checked into the room and just sat down to eat and while we were a lady tried to walk into our room, like if we didn't put the latch on she would've walked right in..we freaked out a bit, my husband opened the door and asked her what she was doing and she said they gave her a key and said her room was ours..so basically accidentally gave her the wrong room.. fine.. then I noticed our bed looked small for a queen so with all that they offered to upgrade to a double bed room.. which was cool of them.. then the next day we tried to take a shower and no hot water, waited for maintenance to come and fix, fun fact for ya.. the cold is hot and hot is cold.. who knew..lol.. then the people next door kept slamming their door for whatever reason but it is what it is..so all in all it was quite an experience to say the least. But it was a place to stay for the night

30 minutes before checkout some guy I’m assuming a staff member tried to enter my room when I didn’t open the door. I was sitting in my car and told him that’s my room, he asked if I was staying another night. I told him check out was at 11 and he said yes it’s at 11 and walked off
