The wifi was not working in our room nor the phone. We ordered room service and it took about an hour to get then our order was wrong.

Breakfast was good, but not as good as it used to be.

Paying for parking. also, since i prepaid for the room and paid for parking at checkout I was disappointed that they couldn't give me a receipt for both the room and parking.

Loved the bartenders on Saturday night! They were amazing! Loved the front desk guy that was in training on Monday the 4th. He was also amazing! The salmon was cooked perfect and the green beans were delish! The room was very quiet.

Did not love the housekeeping team that cleaned our room. We had no towels replaced and had to ask for them when we returned fir the evening and they dropped them at our door with no notice. The room was not clean! They left food stickiness on the table and trash on floor. The sinks had water stains. The front desk lady who worked on Sunday evening around 7 with all the tattoos and the earring through her lip was rude and assumptive when I questioned a charge to my credit card. She did however remove my parking charge for the two night stay, so I appreciate that but I do not appreciate the hotel assuming every room has a car and should pay for parking. I also thought it was really weird that the breakfast service shut down at 9 am on a Monday. People were scrambling to get food as the cook staff was trying to take the food away at 9:03 am.

Loved the lobby area in the evening, bar food and snacks were great. Staff was very accommodating.

Wished there was an open restaurant to sit down at instead of having to wait in line at the bar to order because the hotel was busy.

Location/ size of room

The bathroom was absolutely filthy… ground in dirt in all the corners… the base of the commode was surrounded with dirt and built up dirt…all of the trash cans were not emptied.. the soiled towels were not removed… and replacement towels were dingy. The breakfast was cold and tasteless. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa.

Our room was clean and ready. Also the staff was really helpful with additional necessities.

One of the elevators wasn’t working so it took it a while to use the elevator and just needing an update on the bathroom tub.

Room was comfortable, bar area was amazing and bartending staff were so nice and made some incredible drinks. Breakfast was delicious, I loved the fact that we were given several different options to choose from along with space for seating.

The room could have been a little bit cooler for my liking, but the Texas Heat could have played a huge part in that!

Happy hour was fun

The AC in our room did not cool enough.

The air conditioner was not working properly

The location near the outlet malls in great and so is the complementary breakfast. Nice employees.

Remodeling is sorely needed. Furniture, beds, carpets, and bathroom fixtures are from the 70’s and 80’s. The electronic door card reader kept making noise during our stay. At one point it sounded like someone was trying to get in the door. The shower fixture was surrounded with soap scum and decades of use. The tub and shower curtain were also well used. Housekeeping was only available by request and there was a $12 parking fee per night for the privilege of parking in their outdoor parking lot. The outdoor pool was decent but the hot tub was empty and filled with debris and trash. Motel 6 is a much better value than this outdated dinosaur. Sad but true.

Needs to be updated!! The room did not smell very good upon arrival. Food in sofa bed sheets. Should not have to pay for parking for as much as we spent for the room. If you going have free reception with cocktails/drinks, should have enough staff to clean up tables while people leave, cleaning up snacks that were spilled all over floor, restrooms in lobby area dirty, soap was empty. When went to get clean sheets and more towels, we were told they were short staffed and would bring some up but were #56 on the list that were waiting. Definitely needs to be modernized.

Bathroom not clean. Rooms humid even with air conditioner on. Everything was old and outdated. Room smelled musty. Having to walk out to the car at 9 pm to place a tag on dashboard was annoying. We had 3 people in room and towels and toiletries and coffee were for two.

everything was great. Happy hour is a big plus along with breakfast.
