The room was good. The price was what we expected to pay for the type of room/hotel. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Some staff were kinda rude.

Comfortable bed, big shower hot water great water pressure, cold AC, friendly staff… I didn’t catch her name but the morning clerk was a busy little bee keeping the breakfast bar stocked and clean between guest…place had some minor cosmetic damages to the walls and stuff but over all it was a nice stay after being on the San Marcos River for 3 days we came into the city for back to school shopping at some of the outlets

The side doors don’t open from the outside there is a smoking area out that door if you go outside you have to walk all the way around to the front to get back in although we don’t smoke we parked over there to make hauling in all our luggage and stuff needed for the baby easier and couldn’t get in the building was pretty inconvenient

The room was very spacious and clean other than the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable!

The shower was disgusting and the drain cover was not attached to the tile so if your foot hit it it would just pop off. The breakfast looked so unappetizing that we did not even attempt to try it.

The outside was nice.

There were 3 burned out light bulbs in our room. A floor lamp that doesn’t work and a clock radio that doesn’t work and the bathroom door was broken like someone kicked it. The shower curtain needs replaced.

Breakfast could be a lot better.

there was NO cold water. I call the front desk and the lady who answered stayed quiet, she sounded confused after I told her that there was no cold water she was like “okkkk?” no one checked back.

It was close to the events I attended and easy to access from the highway.

The first room we were in had mold all around the bath tub. The second room had two mold spots in the corner of the bathtub and soup holder in shower. The top bedding on both beds were dirty. Had to request new bedding.

The hotel was clean. The bed was super comfortable!

There was no one at the front desk. My husband rang the bell and had to go find someone in the back. They did not have a regular attendant at the front desk the whole time we were there.

Horrible place. Not worth it.

There was mold all over the shower and picture frame. As you walk in to the reception there is nasty smell. Breakfast was horrible. Staff was not friendly. I try posting pics and it doesn’t allow me. Never again.

Shower had wet / stained drywall ceiling, dusty, musty smell. Breakfast was pathetic; liquid scrambled eggs & sausage had a weird aftertaste.

Beds were comfortable! Staff was friendly and competent.

Pool was FREEZING, poolroom cold air-conditioned, even on a chilly day. Horrible!! Pool water needs changing — bad balance of acid and chlorine Gym was kept too hot: 80º or more Breakfast was often stale/overcooked/poor quality — disappointing

Lady at front desk at night was friendly

Our first room had bed bugs, we noticed them when my husband pulled the blanket up to lay our infant son on the bed and when I told the lady she kinda looked at me weird, but she did move us to another room..although it had dead bugs in the corner like it wasn't vacuumed right. When I spoke to a lady manager in the morning to make sure she knew of what happened, she said that they weren't bed bugs but fleas and made it seem like we might of brought them on us, mind you we have no pets whatsoever and we were on the road the whole day, but my husband took pics of the bugs that were moving and there were more that were dead under the bed so obviously it couldn't have been from us. and fleas dont crawl they jump from what I understand plus I ended up with bites on my arms and had to wash and throw away some of our things cause of it...so...yeah.. all in all..we weren't happy with our stay to say the least.

Liked the price, free parking, nice staff, and good location.

The pool was too cold. To the point where we couldn't go swimming, the pillows are more on the harder side, parts of the hotel smelled.
