We had a party of 3 so 1 breakfast (buffet) we pd for but world's have been nice to have been included w.room like the other two.

The room was too warm at night to sleep. Locking the thermostat is not a good option for people that like it cooler. Not a good night's sleep for any of us.

Overall good location friendly staff clean rooms

We had paid for breakfast included but the staff member who checked us in said we didn’t. She didn’t even check. The next morning, we were able to get the coupon.

Breakfast was alright.

We had 3 people in the room which would have slept 4 for which we paid a supplement. I thought that not including the breakfast for the extra person was a bit mean. Also only being allowed orange juice OR coffee without paying extra.

The remote control for the TV seemed too have been cleaned and left in a fresh plastic covering. That’s my only positive comment.

The bathroom tub was cracked and didn’t drain properly. Had to stand in several inches of my own bath water during my shower. The bath towels, there was only two and so small. Your elevator - it’s one of the first things you sent. The wood has peoples names and initials carved into it like I’m in subway. I would absolutely never stay at a holiday inn again. The front office staff, particularly the manager, was absolutely so rude to us when we arrived. The only positive comment was that it was only a one night stay.
