the front desk person was kind

The property was very gross, right after getting there I went to get noodles and the plate had crusted food on it. The room was labeled as nonsmoking and it smelled like someone smoked in there the day before. I called the front desk and she told me they have an air cleaning machine to clean the smoke. She immediately refunded me the money and let me check out. It seemed like this happens often.

The breakfast was awesome, we loved it❤️

room was small, breakfast wasn’t great, was stains all over bed upon arrival, and pricy for not many amenities

The breakfast was more extensive than expected and the food and coffee were delicious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was very helpful.

The room size was a bit tight, but manageable.

We stayed for 7 nights and there was no single cleaning or change of towels during our stay!!! This is not acceptable in any way, at least a few times a week should be reasonable. Breakfast was American standard, not healthy with waffles every morning. We would appreciated a continental breakfast but I know it's rare in USA. The room was way out of date, it really felt like time had stood still for 50 years or so.

Absolutely loved it! Will definitely be back!

very clean and comfortable. the bed was exceptionally comfy.

website misled how close to market st area of Portsmouth. it is not walkable!

Parking included, easy to get to from highway, good blackout curtains in room, decent breakfast included

Overpriced, hot water in shower ran out very fast, staff giving late checkout to others after telling me at check in that it would be impossible to check out any later than 11am (they did agree to let me check out at 11:30 after I asked for a second time right after another guest got a 12:30 checkout)

Close proximity to Market Square

Room was not as pictured but adequate … disappointing…

they double charged me and kept arguing with me telling me that it will be reversed. I’m still waiting! Staff weren’t helpful. Stayed for 3 days and no housekeeping. had to ask for towels, toilet paper and garbage bags to empty our own garbage cans.
