The fitness room was missing some weights and there was water dripping from the ceiling.

We had to wait for some time to be able to check in as there was no one at the front desk. I even called the phone number and it rang until I got a busy signal, then I rang it again and toward then end of the second time someone finally showed up. The room had a musty smell which we noticed immediately upon entering. It appears that the shower curtain wasn’t allowed to dry out. price was too high for “average” amenities and poor customer service

the only problem we had was the pool. I booked your hotel for the pool. I liked that it was away from rooms so it was open longer. the water could not have been much over 60 degrees. it was freezing. it was no warming the next morning. my granddaughter swam anyway but I was so cold from swimming I wore my coat to bed. it was crazy cold for an indoor pool. Your hotel standards are higher then having a freezing pool. that’s why I paid more for your standards. it was very disappointing .

My room needed minor repairs. I was prepared to tell staff when I checked out but no one asked how my stay was.

Front desk competent but not friendly. Uncomfortable beds. Breakfast was cleaned out by a large group and breakfast staff declined to make more with more than half an hour remaining of breakfast time.

This hotel was so awesome. We had booked a stay at another hotel for our quick trip to Omaha and it turned into a huge ordeal. We left the other hotel and came here and they were super nice, fast and efficient. Thank you for saving out New Year's Eve and my hubby's birthday!

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. Location was great!

It stated there was a pool and hot tub, but there isn't a hottub.

We did not stay. We were not comfortable staying so we left & went to a different hotel.

I was charged for another day Even though I pre-paid as of Monday evening I have yet to be refunded for the extra night
