ANTS in my room.

Had charges on my bill ( $200 +_) that should not have been there. It took three days to get someone to correct the problem. At one point I ask to speak to the assistant manager Clerk told him what I wanted. He told. Her he had paperwork to do and didn't have time to talk to me. This was around 6PM. The next morning a Clerk (different one) found the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. All total this took 4 days. I was there for 5days. I paid using Booking.com but was charged 2 days after checking in.

Beds were comfortable

Staff lacked attention. Several times I went to the front desk and after waiting ,I had to call out to get a clerk each time. The pool had leaves,dead bugs and other things floating in it and the towels were never stocked. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn't cleaned or restocked.

Location was at a reasonable distance from restaurants and downtown Columbus and it was in a safe area.

The reception area is the only nice part of the hotel. Hallways are in need of maintenance and updating. Our room looks nice at first glance but there were cracks on the ceiling and dust in corners and rusty hardware. The AC vents had a thick layer of grime. Our bedspread had a cigarette burn and a red lipstick stain. Our TV wasn’t working and someone had to be sent to fix it… Everything is old and neglected. We only got housekeeping service on day one of our 3 day stay. Front desk never answered the phone so we had to go down to request room service and we were told they would send someone, but that never happened. We finally just went to pick up some towels and realized that ALL THE GUESTS were picking up towels. People were complaining but no one was doing anything about it. I saw a front desk employee coming back from her smoking break and she was reeking of marijuana! This place is total CHAOS.

The location , the room was decently clean. Could of used more trash bags and a microwave.

The walls were super thin loud reckless neighbors. Things were being thrown around in the next room. The pool was super murky. Needed cleaned. Restaurant was barley open.

Nice pool, rooms just dated but were clean.

Kind of in the middle of nowhere, restaurant wasn’t open a couple days we were there. Tub wouldn’t drain.

It was in a nice area, the staff was nice, and the room was immaculate.

The pool needs some repairs (missing tiles and a little dirty) and the bathroom in the pool area was not taken care of. Also they did not have Continental breakfast that was advertised.

The location was good. And the counter staff was pleasant.

The phone not working... The room was dirty with dirty linens in the closet. Staff was rude and discourteous.

I liked the location of the property. It’s only 10 mins from Downtown.

The rooms were disgusting! The ceiling was falling apart, the pillow cases and sheets were filthy & torn, the curtains had stains on them and when we moved the pull out couch there was trash under it and old pop off finger nails. The light fixtures In the bathroom haven’t been changed in over a decade and it was mold in the bathroom.

Fun friendly staff. Kelli, the bar tender was amazing!

the lobby area was nice

The room was very rundown and dirty. There were mold spots on the ceiling and the bedding was stained. The hotel had a dirty smell to it.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke terribly. The pool was dirty, the hot tub was broke.

Price was good.

Breakfast buffet was worth the money. Plenty of options

3 burgers ordered for dinner all ordered “medium” 2 came out fine 1 came out RAW. Buddy took bite out of it expressed his concern sent it back thinking would get another one better prepared. By the time it came back out the rest of us 5 were done eating, he just said box it to go he’d eat it in his room. Got to his room it was the same one reheated with the same bite out of it. Needless to say he didn’t eat it, seemed a bit unknowingly unsanitary. Waste of his money.

Didn't have we left earlier

We left our dop kit. We called that evening upon discovery and the gentleman who answered the phone said there were no employees at night to check they would call in the morning. They never called. We were disappointed because all our medicine was in it. Even if it wasn't there they should have called.

convenient location, the bed was super comfortable. good pillows. I slept great!

we had some sugar ants in our room.
