tried to charge taxes after I already paid. room didn’t have air conditioner that worked

Good location, good breakfast.

Couldn't get wifi to work on my computer, which was not a problem anywhere else we stayed. Staff couldn't seem to comprehend the problem and didn't try to help.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

After waiting several minutes after checking in for the elevator, I asked the front desk if it was working. Two employees assured me it was. So I waited several more minutes and then lugged several suitcases and bags upstairs to the second floor where I found a worker working on the elevator. I understand the need to perform maintenance and I certainly didn't mind walking one floor. It was the lack of communication, even after I specifically asked, that I found annoying. The rooms were clean and comfortable but they are outdated.
