not a very walkable city

Did not eat breakfast. Order late night room service and could not get them to answer the phone. Call the front desk, and they were going to have them call me. They never did. I called back and finally got serviced.

The desk was very responsive to requests before during and after check in. Very friendly prompt service. The hotel was quiet at night- good for sleeping.

couch pillows were stylish but scratchy, I mean really there was little i would change.

front desk wasn’t friendly. i called the front desk for a fan due to the rooms AC not working well. we couldn’t sleep. it took me calling them three times to get a fan. my wife wasn’t happy. we upgraded our room and that’s what we got.

Staff were nice and friendly but whenever they were asked to do something they would forget. I asked someone to fix my room remote control. despite the receptionist saying someone would be up immediately, no one arrived fir 30 minutes. I had to call again to get someone and it seemed they had “forgotten”. I couldn’t get hold of anyone to fetch our luggage. we rang for 20min and left the phone on speaker. no one answered. we had to lug 7pieces of luggage down ourselves. We were provided no cutlery on our breakfast table when our hot food was served. when I asked for it, the waiter “forgot”. Our food was cold when the cutlery arrived.

The staff is very friendly and respectful. With any inconvenience I may personally had, they made it at their best interest to help made it comfortable as possible.

I have special room requirements and Rafael was extremely kind and helpful to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks to her and I must say extremely good managers like her are rare. Women perform much better in hospitality for sure. The Chefs specially Executive Chef were so kind too in meeting my vegan dietary requirements and I had most fresh delicious light food there. The bar had awesome wine list which I was warmly helped with in picking right white wine. I thoroughly enjoyed having it in patio. The outdoor pool is fun and large. Gym and spa are quite well equipped and staff is excellent though area is not too big.

Rooms are dark, carpets are dark and that makes me feel dull :(

Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful they make you feel like family. I brought my daughter and wife they gave us a crib for my daughter to sleep in. The valet was awesome! Bo and everybody on his shift was amazing. ! The hotel was so tentative. It was amazing . Almost didn’t want to leave ! Whatever we needed, they got it done for us! Can’t wait to visit again worth every penny.

Good location nice rooms, great staff

got much lower floor then last year so view was a bit disappointing but ok But bathroom ceiling had water damage all over it, it felt like motel 6 not a $2000 stay
