Dirty and felt unsafe

All of it. Waited 45 minutes to check in.

The property was dirty and unkept

There was no breakfast. The explanation given was “distribution issues.”

There was a large wall sign that stated the hotel was being remodeled/renovated. But there was no work being done. It was a mess.

Hotel was raggedy. Stains on carpet, sheets, chairs and linen. TV didn't work. This hotel was so ridiculous that I walked out. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. They also held my holding fee and I still haven't received it

Location was good.

I wish i had read the reviews, I wouldn't stay again! Me and my 8 year old son heard bumping on the walls all night till atleast 2am from a "night club" they had down stairs which wasn't ADVERTISED! and if you try to call the front desk, the phones in the room DONT work and they line for the booking doesn't work! (Which seems obvious since they have a blast if music through the whole lobby) I would never stay here again! And the pool was lagoon green during SUMMER!

There was literally nothing to like about this hotel.

The hotel staff member at the front desk, I think his name was Hines, was completely unprofessional and rude towards me and the company I had with me. Completely disrespectful and embarrassed us. When we arrived we immediately smelled marijuana when we walked through the front door into the lobby. Then when I was able to try and check in to my hotel room which I had already reserved I was told he didn’t have any rooms available and that it would be a while till I could get one because they are cleaning them. I didn’t get a room until 4:30. While walking to my room every hall and part of this hotel smelled of marijuana. Then I found a “club” located at the hotel that appeared to be running illegal activities out of it due to the marijuana smell being very strong in that area. The pool was disgusting and green. Finally I arrived at my room and it was disgusting, the sheets looked like they haven’t been washed. The shower was dirty. My friends room was also disgusting with blood on the wall in the bathroom and on one of the lampshades. The wiring for electricity was hanging out and wires were exposed making it dangerous to be in that room. Finally we decided we would cancel our reservation and get a refund and went to the front desk. I told Mr. Hines that I would like to cancel my reservation and I wanted a refund to which he asked why and I tried to tell him calmly that the whole hotel was disgusting and they had activities going on that I didn’t want to be around and my hotel room was disgusting. He then responded and said that he can’t give me a refund for my room. The cancellation for the room had to be done by 6pm. I arrived at the desk at 5:59pm and nobody was at the front desk. When he arrived back at the front desk he began to tell me and my friend that since there was no manager there that nothing could be done until Monday when a manager would arrive and that I should come back Monday. I told him I lived 5 hours away and that wasn’t an option. There is more…

Parking complet a cause d'une fete bruyante dans la salle annexe de l'accueil. La chambre que nous avions réservé 3 mois plus tot n'était plus disponible, l'hôtesse d'accueil pas trop souriante nous a placé au fond de l'hotel, RDC, sans wifi dans la chambre. Odeurs cigarette dans le couloir. Petit déjeuner debout dans le hall, très succinct. Hotel pas du tout conforme.... a fuir!
