Clean and spacious room,convenient location

No elevators

Although I didn't get the room I was supposed to reside in for my stay, I accepted the alternative and was able to recharge for a few days. The room was comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. There was a sitting section to watch television or relax on something other than the bed. The area had everything I needed: food, stores, gas, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. ** I wish I had the room I initially was given because of the placement of the tub, but there was a tub nevertheless. ***

The staff double booked a room and accredited outdated system. The tub in the room I stayed in needed to be repainted for esthetics. That's all. My stay met my overall need.

Decent breakfast, free gym membership, quiet area, stores nearby

I enjoyed the convenience of being close to both ASU campuses and having a spacious suite was a plus since we had stayed longer than expected. I enjoyed being close to Dollar General to grab snacks or other items needed while traveling.

There was dirt grime throughout the property, holes in the room, and space around the door allowed bugs to come in and out the room at will. The bathroom tub was stopped up and disgingusting looking. The staff was not willing to take care of the tub and roaches they seemed to act as though it was not a big deal.
