The location of hotel is nice and in a nice area. Not to far from the mall, stores, and restaurants. Easy access off the highway.

The staff at the desk wasn’t the friendliest and just looked at you instead of greeting guest. Also, my first room had a family full of spiders crawling around in the bed. They moved us to another room thankfully! But the next room bedding didn’t seem to clean and was covered in stains.

I scheduled this with booking the same day I arrived. When we arrived the rep at the front desk could not find our reservation. She stated that sometimes it takes a few minutes to load in the system. We waited 30 minutes, still no reservation. I called booking customer service. Bookings rep stated it should be there. Offered to email the Hotel rep the booking confirmation. The hotel rep got very upset and stated that she was new and still in training and was left by herself that day with no manager. Hotel rep and bookings representative went back and forth for 2 hours. For 2 hours we waited in the lobby with our luggage while booking customer service rep and the hotel rep put the blame on one another. Finally got checked in once another hotel rep (a guy) came in and did whatever. He also blamed the mishap on Booking. Said that booking does this all the time. This was very unprofessional on the hotel staff, placing the blame on someone else. No matter who's fault it was or what happened, we should not have to hear that. We waited 2 whole hours, standing in the lobby with our luggage, being overlooked at times while the hotel rep paced back and forth blaming booking for not seeing the reservation. Our luggage should have been placed in a private area, maybe dinner offered while we waited to get in a room. Instead we were offered snacks and coffee. The hotel rep even called her manager and lied about the booking rep being rude, when I heard the entire conversation between the two because I had the booking rep on my cell phone through the speaker. I told the hotel rep, that was not true. We will never go to this facility again.

Hotel was great. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We only stayed for one night but we were thinking it would be great to come back and spend some more time in the area and this is the hotel to book!

The facility was clean, beautiful, and convenient to a hospital, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The heat/ac was hard to control. No matter what we adjusted the temp to, it was either extremely cold or extremely hot. Not a lot of places to hang towels for a family. Wish breakfast started at 6 instead of 7.

Great staff hotel was clean updated the bed was perfect and very comfortable the free breakfast buffet was amazing so much to choose from highly recommend this hotel

The desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and the lady who did the breakfast were marvelous. I stayed for a full week and had time to chat with many of them, and this is a notably nice group of people. Pancake machine at breakfast was a delight for my kids, and I also liked the 24/7 coffee station. For us, the location was ideal. It’s maybe 2 minutes from the hospital and spitting distance from three giant grocery stores.

Like everywhere else in the USA they are understaffed. This meant supply problems for the breakfast, very limited cleaning service, and a technical problem that couldn’t be repaired. I do think I should have received a discount for the problem, but I didn’t think the staff was to blame.
