The elderly man at the front desk was unpleasant and made me uncomfortable as if I couldn’t afford to stay here. I was under the impression that the pool would be open since it did not state that it wouldn’t be on the website. I had one booking and had to pay 2 deposits totaling 300.00 on top of my already 300.00 booking for one night and I felt like 1 booking should’ve been 1 deposit which I was already unaware of. The rooms were clean; and the beds were comfortable to be fair!

Got a sinus infection from the pool, staff didn’t speak any English and didn’t clean all the trash out of my room.

Hotel shuttle never arrived to collect us from airport as promised, and shower leaked.

I would have booked another hotel and paid much less, but I wanted a swimming pool since we would have some down time and I really wanted to swim. The pool was closed the whole time we were there with a sign saying closed due to no lifeguard. I would have glady signed a waiver or taken my chances. I have never had a lifeguard at a hotel pool. I could have saved myself money, since the amenity I was willing to pay more for as not even available to me.

Still have yet to speak to a manager about my stay and issues to hopefully resolved the staff were down right rude and unprofessional to the point I wish i would have stayed elsewhere but no manager was able to even accept a phone call from his staff after asking when one would be available I have been given the run around without any straight answers I am not one to complain and I hate that I have to but I feel as if my money would have been better spent elsewhere

Staff was pleasant

No daily room cleaning. No extra pillows That i requested before visit. Cafeteria had no wait staff and very limited selections. I really would have expected better especially at this price point, i paid double price of just 1 year ago. Drury is not that far better and cheaper
