The staff , Liss, Sasha, and Tiara were exceptional. Their friendly service made our stay outstanding.

The pool was under repair, and it wasn't stated in the Bookings site.

We didn't even stay there, they moved us to a different hotel without any prior notification.

My wife and daughter have celiac. When we travel we book a room with a kitchen to be able to accommodate their condition. When we arrived we discovered that they switched us to a different hotel. The new hotel is just next door and part of the Marriot hotels. However, it doesn't have a kitchen in the room. Sadly, my daughter and my wife had to sleep the first night without being able to eat. The next morning we checked out and booked another hotel

Clean, large rooms. Big shower with good quality shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Great location. Nice free continental breakfast.

Only 1 coffee pack available and minimal sugar when slated for a 2 night stay for 2 people. Couch was a bit hard.

Mike in the check in area help us a lot. He was very friendly and kind. He explained everything ery clear.

.During the week the breakfast was grab & go. It should have been a hot breakfast every day. They where supposed to do housekeeping once during my stay they didn't. Dog feces needed to be cleaned up every day from the grass area. No evening social dinner. Price was a bit high for the lack of amenities.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was okay. The mounted tv with the greeting and access to streaming platforms was convenient. The staff was as accommodating as they could be when we spoke to them.

Staff wasn’t readily sitting at the front desk at any point that we needed them, it seems they were always in a back room. We asked for a non-smoking room, but the entire facility smelled like cigarette smoke was trapped in the carpets and being masked by wall plug-in scents. The pictures on the website led us to believe that the room was much bigger/more spacious than it actually was. The couch/pull-out bed had old dried rice, dirt, crayons and pens under the mattress, also, the mattress did not look clean, so when we tried to flip it to make it up, that’s when all of the items mentioned above were revealed. The guests included a couple (man & woman) and two other men. Having to keep the bedroom door open for them to have access to the bathroom throughout the night was uncomfortable.

The breakfast looked nice but we were not able to eat that day. I liked that we had a great deal of room, but we ended up not bringing our other two children or dogs. So, when I tried to move to a smaller room I was told there were no more available.

The room was not super clean. Considering that it is a pandemic, there should have been a much cleaner atmosphere. Then, when I placed my bag down next to the "TV," the entire piece of very heavy wood slammed down. I was lucky that it did not hit my foot. I completely forgot to tell the front desk. I used Clorox Wipes to clean up parts of the room that were not very clean.
