The location was great due to all the restaurants and stores around it. The room was fairly clean.

After we got our rooms and checked in, when we got to our floor, the hallways smelled like something was decomposing. No exaggeration it was smelling gross. Got to the room and when we pulled out the sofa bed, the mattress had huge black spots on them that looked like mold. Got to the shower and the attachment piece was broken. One of the lady at the front desk had an attitude everytime i asked for something for our room (extra sheets, extra towels, & toiletries)…we stayed for 2 days and it was 6 of us traveling with 2 rooms so we needed extra things to make use comfortable. The fridge in one of our rooms wasnt working so it spoiled our food and we didn’t realize until the last morning. We told the same attitude lady at the front about our shower head to get it fixed and nobody came. The breakfast was atrocious….nothing tasted good. The waffles, the bagels, the boiled & scrambled eggs….just nothing. All in all, would not recommend.

I love this hotel so much it is amazing, super clean, nice rooms , very comfortable and very good staff they were all very funny. This has become my families go-to vacation spot.

Maybe they can find a way to get something for roasting marshmallows, especially because my kids love to make smores.

Property was above and beyond. Everything was clean and nice. Amazing place!!

I was charged at the property once I’ve arrived. I had explained to the front desk that I had paid in advance for the reservation. She then said bookings charge was a hold. That they hadn’t received any payment from booking. Therefore charged me again for the room I already paid.

No sheets on fold out bed. Staff wasn't available more then once when we called or went down stairs. Stains on bed. No soap in bathroom. Not enough towels for 5 ppl to shower. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at desk just to check in. Called twice downstairs nobody answered. Went downstairs once no body at desk again.

Location was excellent, easy to find. Slight snafu with reservation, front desk took control and got it squared away. Place was very neat and tidy.

Saw a $5 parking charge on receipt, not sure why I had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot.

Our room had a bad odor, stains on the carpet; things felt a little grimey. There were stray hairs in our shower (gross) and not enough towels or blankets. The facility in general had a funny smell - like it needed to be deep cleaned. I also noticed I was charged $5 to park - there were dozens of spots. Not cool to be charged to park in that lot, not like it was secure or gated. I get paying for parking when parking is at a premium but I've never been charged parking at one of your hotels.

Cleanest room I ever stayed in. I go over my hotel rooms with sanitizing wipes and more and was shock no dirt showed up upon wiping all surfaces! The fanciest hotels always have dirt. The staff is the kindest and friendliest group of people and are very eager to make sure everyone is satisfied. Employees have pride in the product they provide and want to know what they can improve upon.

Couch in room could be replaced. Sags a bit.

Front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate as far as cleanliness. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and all staff was friendly and happy. I definitely recommend this hotel !! Pool area was clean and great for my children the hotel provides towels right next to the pool definitely a great feature. The fire pit outside was a nice relaxing accomodation that the children and myself also enjoyed. This hotel gets a 5 star rating!!!

Breakfast, fitness center were great. The assortment of food for breakfast was very nice. Fitness center had a variety of machines and nice size space.

Frig in room was barely working. Pool needed to me monitored. There was family of 6 or 7 that did not get out of the whirlpool for over 1 hour. There should be time limit sign put up. Only one side of the toaster at breakfest worked. The amount of noise above us was as though I was back in the housing projects in the Bronx, the noise and slamming of doors was incessant from 2:15 to 3:30 am. One real garbage can in the entire suite. The ironing board was broken and could not be used.

They were sold out of the room I reserved and the upgraded me for the same price and it ended up being a great decision. The room was big and clean and very comfortable. The amenities where great also the fire pit was perfect for marshmello roasting and for a nice end to the day. The pool was clean and plenty of towels. I will be making this my go to hotel when visiting pa.

The only take away which isn't that big of deal is not being able to control my own climate in the room specially after being in the pool.
