We did not eat breakfast but we saw it was very inviting

The floor hallway carpet had some time on it.

Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Pool under construction and not available. Drinks and food to expensive for what we got.

The beds were comfortable. Showers had power and the air worked good. Staff was friendly and gave us a treat bag.

There was puke in the elevator. Bad smells in the hallways.

Hotel needs updating. Room has popcorn ceilings. Rugs in elevator were stained and dirty. Hall way carpet needs is old and grungy

Friendly environment

Clean

The staff was excellent! We were greeted well when checking in and all staff interactions were friendly. Our rooms looked exactly like the photos.

We were disappointed the spa was not operating, it was a selling point for choosing the property. The cafe/bar area was understaffed and the sweet woman working was in the weeds through no fault of her own. I do not think the staff was prepared for having many guests due to a baseball tournament.

The location was really cool because there were lots of things around and a lot of the staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and had a nice exit to the outside. Really enjoyed whatever shampoo and conditioner was in the shower, because my hair has never felt that good before.

The overnight woman in the lobby looked like she was annoyed that people existed in the hotel. The we booked the room for four adults and there was a king bed and a pull out couch, however the pullout bed was the equivalent to a toddler bed. Someone also pulled the fire alarm which we heard through the grapevine was not for a fire. So that sucked. Not the hotels fault tho.
