7am jack hammer across the steeet, couldn’t sleep in. Also, fridge right behind the bed vibrating loudly. Over all, good stay. Would stay again.

The oatmeal and the bistro sandwich was very good! More expensive than we thought. Not being familiar we weren’t given any other option other than to order off of the menu.

First night was great we slept really well. The 2nd night there was a lot of noise from kids and at 11:00 quiet. After 1:00 adults started knocking on neighbors door playing music loud loud laughter in room next to us that went on until around 2:30 am

The room seemed very clean when we got there. The drink area was a little dusty. We didn't use it.

Drawers that wouldn't close (they literally were fully extended and open the whole time), no housekeeping after I requested a manager (so trash full the whole time, requested soap, kleenex, towels, a blanket); all things we expected to not have to request). Next day housekeeping opened our door at 9am (I guess a mistake) but woke is up and messed up our sleep so much we were late for a get-together. We did talk to the hotel about this and they seem to feel it was a big deal. We were only given a late check-out. Mind you that each time we made a request for things, it was the end of the day. So the front desk would be concerned about leaving the front desk to help us out since all other staff were gone. When we talked to the manager via phone he did say he would send someone up to look at the bathroom sink because it wasn't draining. I believe he did. But again, we just wanted the housekeeping more.

There was no breakfast. They charged me ?65 for smoking. I don’t even smoke

the bed was comfortable and nice furnishings. the staff was pleasant

The sheets were dirty and had a burn mark on them. They shouldn't have been used. When I stretched my feet out at the bottom of the bed the first night, my feet hit dirt. I was too exhausted to call down about it. I encountered one of the cleaning staff the next morning and she changed the sheets out for us.

Breakfast was not free so ate out. Location was fine.

Rug by window was wet from storm previous day and we did not know about it until late.

The shower was awesome. The location is great. The parking was great. The room was very nice.

The maid did not service my room all weekend. There is no microwave in the room. Not enough coffee in the room. My bed sheet was stained with blood spot, not from me. The breakfast is way over priced and my coffee was served to me cold. Better off eating out.

Breakfast included would have been nice![

Bar and restaurant were not open! That's why we stay at the courtyard for convenience of food and drinks onsite 👎🏻

The location was great. Lots of activities around but all stores or restaurants around closes after 9pm. It was a great location.
