not enough parking, mattress’s were old and uncomfortable microwave in the bathroom saw some not up to code electrical that could very easily spark a fire.

The Windows in the room were big and beautiful, large rooms with a lot of space. Super friendly staff. Fabulous location.

Wow.... I'm not sure if it's just the location or something, it was a GOOD VIBE and Energy and (Everyone) in the surrounding rooms were behaving nicely and very Cool social. It was a very different experience... Fun like.. The gentleman at the desk (Graveyard shift), wow, he was just easy going, like kind and friendly if I had any questions and call the office. And it wasn't phony, nice guy! The cleanliness and feeling of being in a "Clean Place!", Is real. Reasonably priced and Decent place. I'm sure it will be my "Go to" place for a good experience. What ever the reason or why it's different from the other places, Pleeeze keep the energy and cool people. NO TROUBLE MAKERS! Thanks! Rick

I enjoyed stay in Pacific Heights Inn as the staff really helpfull, room is large for big familiy, and the location is pretty close to tourist spots.

Missing facilities from the room - no refrigerator, iron, ironing board, etc. as detailed. Stayed for four days and housekeeping didn't come once. Had to go to request new towels. Felt very expensive all in all.

The bed is comfortable.

The fridge smelled terrible, I couldn't even open it. Let alone but my left over food in it. When I told the person at the desk he said there was "nothing he could do about it". This was right after he told someone the same thing when the customer said his microwave was broken. There was also ants in the room. This place is definitely not worth the $237 we spent. Highly disappointed. The poor service made it honestly worse. There was no apology at all.

Location was great. We could walk to shops, restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf. We could catch a bus nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder or a rack for a hand towel. The room didn't have a bucket for the ice.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and close to all of the touristy spots!

A nice hotel, good location near SFO downtown. Comfortable spacious rooms. Very nice staff, good parking. I liked our stay here.

Despite it was mentioned, neither fridge nor microwave was present in the rooms. No big deal but the description should reflect the reality.

Rooms look recently refurbished. Bathrooms are very nice. Parking good. Staff helpful.

Attractions not really walkable but not a problem. Bus 45 just outside will take you direct to Union Sq and Chinatown. Quick change or walk for Fisherman's Wharf.

Hotel exterior is a little dated but room eas modernized clean and comfortable staff were amazing and very helpful

The only downside to my stay here was that I had to go home at the end of my trip
