beautiful property. very well kept and clean. staff was friendly and courteous. breakfast was very adequate and delicious. Yolanda in housekeeping was very funny and extremely polite and courteous and helpful. very accommodating with our needs during our stay.

Fair location with good choice of restaurants a short drive away, however no food choices within a walking distance.
Fairly run down and generally dirty, our non-smoking room had the distinct smell of what used to be a smoking room, bathroom wall crumbling, only had decaf coffee pods in the room and several areas of incomplete repairs throughout the building.

our rooms are filthy, i was told to bring down the dirty bedding that was dirty when we got there and they would give us clean bedding to change the beds! our room smelled horrible! the tub was nasty dirty and when we got there the tub was full of dirty water

The cleanliness, breakfast, and the comfortable beds were great. The manager and staff were truly interested in our comfort.
The price for the room was far higher than the quality of the hotel. But I find all hotels have went up exceedingly high since the pandemic. This makes travel less affordable even for business trips.

Shabby and worn, carpets in hallways stained; bathtub grout was a mess. We would have expected a better breakfast for the high room rate.

The room and staff were awesome. Fantastic facility and friendly staff. Greeted us coming and going and we’re always pleasant. The room was huge and had more than what we needed. We will stay here again for sure.
The breakfast was a little to be desired. No creamer or milk or butter. But there was plenty of other things to eat/drink. But that was our only downer of our stay.

Breakfast could have had some variety each day. The manager of the kitchen was really nice. I asked the front desk if my sister and I could stay longer, but they stated no rooms were available.
I didn't like the fact that I was told no rooms were available, yet they changed my room when I arrived and asked for another room based on my reservation.

Location and friendliness of staff
One thing I could not do was darken the room at night. Could not or did not know how to shut the blinds/curtains to have the room dark as the street lights kept the room to bright for a good night sleep
