The room was clean, and bed comfortable.

The gym wasn’t in service.

Hotel was very clean. I loved the flowers outside and decor.

We were so close to the PNC Arena we could have walked. Outstanding location!

not very welcoming outside, could do better landscaping- check in was ok, not a lot of smiles- wasn’t told about breakfast or located where, not told how to access wifi,finally found a card in w/ room keys - very outdated room - and what was the “addition” to the toilet ? - entrance on side of property VERY SKETCHY, trash cans overflowing when we checked in and going to the room at 3pm

Breakfast wasn't that great. They had those premade pancakes (I don't like them anywhere). I wish they had a waffle maker. The hotel is older and there was definitely wear on the anterior doors that kept sticking. The room smelled a little stiff, but I opened the door and let some fresh air in. I bring cleaning stuff with me when I stay in hotels. The surfaces were clean with the exception of the remote control. It was gross but nothing that Lysol wipes couldn't fix. It was a nice stay because it was quiet and comfortable.

Make sure that they look at the small details when cleaning up. The remote control was gross it didn't take much for me to clean it but a Lysol wipe.

Staff was responsive ad helpful, room was clean and fresh.

Breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs tended to be on the runny side.

The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. Room easy to get to.

I had to wait in line almost 20 minutes to check in because the staff at the front desk were slow. Also, at 9:00am, the next morning, there was no food left for my daughter and I to eat for breakfast at the complimentary breakfast. It was supposed to end at 10:00am. We had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast. Very disappointing.

We had no luggage cart to take our things to the second floor. staff suggested we walk the motel to see if we could find one a the three carts that they have. we did that. First and second floor. No carts to be found. Very bad on both of us being up in age and I at 68 recovering from lower back surgery. The Ramada owners need to address this issue along with very poor wifi signal in your room.
