I loved the location very convenient. The shower was awesome and the size of the room was nice. The parking garage was a nice touch. This hotel has one of the best irons I’ve ever used at a hotel and the drinks at the bar were great.

The hotel was alright just a little outdated. The bar system was down so we had no choice but to charge it to our room. Lastly I was charged twice although at checkout I was assured that wouldn’t happen as of today I still haven’t received my refund. I also called the hotel for three consecutive days before I was able to speak with someone.

I liked the location.

No balcony in all the rooms, no one notified us that there was a tv in the mirror in the bathroom, so we missed out on that experience. No microwave in the rooms for all that money. No indoor pool/spa anymore. False picture advertising online.

The price for the value is way out of pocket. Should have been a 200 a night hotel, my bill should have been 675 ish with taxes, not 884

the location

I booked on booking.com for my wedding day and honeymoon stay. I requested for my room to be turned into a honeymoon suite which they said they could accommodate and we returned to a regular room. we were disappointed to say the least. I inquired with the front desk and the property said they booking.com never relayed that message to them. And the never offered to do anything to assist.
