I didn’t like for the HILTON name, so many things didn’t work or was broken..

I’m very disappointed. Family and I went to visit my daughter Bc she’s Baylor student and the staff were very rude and ignored us. For $250 a night I expected much better service and better room.

It was close to where I needed to be.

I did not like that the sofa bed had hair all over it, old popcorn in it when I tried to fold it out for my kids. They could not sleep there. The floor was wet from who knows what by the window. The indoor pool was closed and completely concreted up which there was no mention of in their ads and that’s the entire reason I even booked that hotel. the breakfast was mediocre. I don’t think I will go back. The staff was very nice, though!

The breakfast was delicious. Location was great - very near all attractions that we wanted to visit, Magnolia, Baylor, Texas Sports Hall of Fame, etc...

On the booking.com website it advertises an indoor pool but they are currently tearing the pool out to make way for a new area, the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Also for room service during our stay we needed to schedule it a day in advance and this was not communicated to us.

Everything was clean from the lobby to the bathroom. We felt comfortable in our room and the building. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good, had a wide selection and was appreciated as we left for church.

Would be nice if the light above the sink would turn on. also would be nice if there was an exhaust fan in bathroom for steam.

Only reason we stayed there was cause of the so called “headed pool and the so called Hot Tub” Pool was cold and there was NO HOT TUB.. but yet paid full price…. MAKES NO SENSE..!!

day one breakfast was very good. Day two had egg omlets which were just ok. We liked the location and staff,

We didn't need it but the Hide-a-bed couch was broken and partially open. It was just a negative vibe after seeing that.
