It is a very convenient location. Comfy bed.

Not a lot of parking. Room was hot and the thermostat on the wall was not working properly. Luckily, we were on the 3rd floor so we opened the window (yes, the 3rd floor windows open all the way) so that we could sleep comfortably. Tried to take a shower on 2 separate occasions and no hot water, not even warm. Lastly, could not even get a cup of coffee in the lobby without paying $11.50 for the breakfast, which we were not eating.

Convenient location, beautiful decor, kind staff

Stated out awful. Waited 15 min for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Property and grounds not clean. Floors in lobby and common areas had stained carpets, tile floors visible dirt with debris everywhere. Found a dead bird in the grass by the entrance . Lots of trash, cigarette butts and discarded food outside the entrance. Bathroom floors disgusting Mold in shower. Staff were nice, but this was not what I would expect from the Hilton brand. Extremely disappointed.

That you take large holding deposit on arrival then keep my money for 7 working days after I’ve checked our. Know it’s a company policy but feels like money making exercise with my money

This was first time we stayed with Hilton and we will return this place was amazing all the way around.

The original room on the third floor was filled with cigarette smoke, we did get moved to the 2nd floor for that reason but maybe monitoring that a little more wouldn’t be a bad idea.

The pool and spa was closed. Due to remodeling. And we was not told anything about it on the booking website. That is why we went. There is for the swimming pool and spa. The TV was going in and out due to rain. So you could not really get interested in a movie. So there was nothing really to do.

Evrrything was lovely, except the location. It's in " the Exchange" in Oxford, AL, and that place is a traffic nightmare. Nothing to do with the hotel itself...it was great!
