The beds are VERY comfortable. The heat and air conditioning worked great. The staff during breakfast were some of the friendliest I’ve ever met at a hotel.

tiny cups for morning coffee. the juice cups hold more. frustrating for this coffee drinker. have seen more robust breakfast options in other hotels and this is ok but nothing to brag about.

The connecting door between rooms in room 321 (and the room that it connects to) needs to be fixed. The locks would not lock. That is very dangerous for someone sleeping there with their three kids. I had to put the heavy couch against our door to keep it from potentially being opened by some stranger late at night.
