Didn't eat.

this place has bed bugs and when told to be placed in a new room they placed me down the hall that room also had bedbugs when ask can I stay another night I was told I couldn’t stay because they didn’t know if I brung the bed bugs or another Costumer and I ask simply how can he say that when clearly u can see that the bedbugs had been there for a while I only stayed 2 nights so there’s no way I brung them there and they already nested and stained the sheets and covers and built a home with my 4 month old baby

I liked the location. It was clean.
The hotel would not honor my booking with Booking.com. Upon arrival they informed me that I didn't have a room even after I showed them my booking number with paperwork. After being insistant with the asissistant manager she finally gave us a room, but would not HONOR the Booking. com price. I was charged $96.00 more for the room. I was also supposed to have a handicap room and this room was on the top floor and was not handicap.

I liked the location. The room was clean.
This room was booked as a handicap room with roll in shower. There was no seat at all in the shower. My PARALYZED friend could not use the shower unless getting on the FLOOR. The hotel informed me upon arrival that I didn't even have a room. They WOULD NOT honor the booking for this room through Booking. com. even after showing them my booking number and paperwork. After practically having to almost throw a fit, they did give me a room but not for the price I had booked for with Booking.com. They changed me $96.00 more for the room than what I had booked for. This hotel does not HONOR BOOKING.COM'S bookings.

Availability at last minute.
They charged my credit card for incentives that I did not purchase . There is a $25.00 charge on my credit card. Why????? I paid you in full at the time of my booking.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The stay was overall great, there were some very noisy guests in the rooms next to me, but there's only so much you can do about that so it really wasn't a big problem. Would absolutely stay there again.

The young lady in the front was very friendly and the coffee was very good and hot 🔥. It was very quiet and not busy
The tub ran out slow when you took a shower. The sheets had holes in them. The pillow cases didn't look clean and the pillows were baby pillows for a king size bed

The ice machine in the building #3 was not working. I walked to the opposite side of the property to get ice. The air conditioner in Room #301 was so loud I was unable to sleep with it running. I had to turn it off before going to sleep. I was awakened three times during the night due to being too warm (sweating). I would run the very loud a/c to cool the room down and then try to sleep until I was too hot. I went to a local store and purchased a small oscillating fan to use for additional cooling. The front desk clerk said it was the only downstairs room available. Quality Inn and Choice Hotels will NOT be on my list of hotel properties in the future.
