Everything was great!! Facilities were clean. Staff was very nice.

It was up to the standards we have come to expect from Hilton.

The hotel lobby was fantastic. The family sat next to the fire watched tv and ate dessert.

Room was nice, bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was the worst selection of any Hilton we have stayed in. Most things my husband would eat were all extras so we ate nothing and drove for several more hours and stopped to eat.

room not well cleaned,floor had a piece of wood broken …night shoes kept getting caught on it …air conditioner rattled all night…sounded like jack hammers going early in the morning…no where to put trash but in a small trash can with no extra bags….no where to put dirty wet towels…left something in the room took 2 hours to let me know they found it…and room check in was 3:00 was told room wasn’t ready we arrived at 3:40 had to wait another 45 minutes but did not get any credit for it

Bathroom sink stopped up & unusable during stay

The pool and gym were clean and ready to use and the room was extremely clean and with out flaws! I wish all hotels were like this but that’s why I will now stay with this hotel from now on!!! Convenient to local WKU and great food

Breakfast was totally misleading as advertised ( advised as free breakfast but charged 16.01 for wife and I ) Hotel not close to I-65 and not located near any restaurants will not using this Hilton location again in my many yearly travels to Atlanta visiting family. I will be using Hilton Gardens in Elizabethtown, Ky instead As a Hilton member I would not recommend is location to family or friends

The breakfast was ok,

The floor where dirty, they had linoleum that looked like wood my 2 years feet were coal black after running around in the room!! They was no TV guide book, no menus for room service

Location staff was excellent and breakfast was great.

Beds were uncomfortable and resulted in a sore back the next day.
