The hotel is in a good location, very clean and very pleasant.

The pool closing time does not match a daily rate. You arrive at 4 pm, the pool closes at 6 pm and only opens again at 10 am the next day. In other words, the guest does not enjoy much. I was not informed that I would have to reserve chairs by the pool, much less that car parking would be charged..

the energy was amazing . everyone was friendly and very helpful. the location is excellent.

all was good, couple misshapes with room cleaning but all worked out fine.

Got an upgrade when we checked in which was awesome.

It took a really long time to get beach chairs though since it was Presidents’ Day and they charged us for an umbrella… but overall decent stay. A bit pricey but all Miami hotels are overpriced

dirty room, no mirror. pool gets no sun. beach staff unprepared for guests, slow, not attentive. elevators take very long, one not functioning

Loved the Mid Beach location and views from our room overlooking the parking lot however wide side views of the canal and ocean. Amazing!

The beds were way too hard for comfort. Our backs were very stiff after a nights sleep. The bathtubs drainage was too slow and made the tub slippery taken a shower. Having to climb into the tub to take a shower was difficult. The height to step over is dangerous for any age unless one is tall.

the bathroom was filthy. the pools were closed. there was no hot water the first day. the room smelled like mildew. little details that have been left alone to get dirty everywhere

so many think ! the pool kids is not heat up ,the area pool is not really for family, the hotel looks old even know it had been refurbish, only the lobby looks great , food not so good , not so much options for kids ! reception never answered the phone when we need , realy poor information on arrivel , how things work , restaurant always long keels for breakfast 🍳

price very expensive during Art Basel week but I think that’s universal in Miami in December.

When I arrived I was given the wrong room and the Manager, Ramon, moved me to the correct room promptly, gave me his card, and I had an excellent stay.

Good location and good amenities. property grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

Rooms are comfortable but not good cleaned, bathtub were disgusting and we could not have a bath there, the jet holes were full of accumulated dirty growing bacteria’s. we were given a really nice room on check in but it had a leak in the bathroom and we had to change room, instead of having a better room for the trouble caused we were given a downgrade and the room was not prepared or cleaned properly. Our key card didn’t work on the second day and we had to be up and down from the 19th floor twice to have it changed. complaints are not dealt well, they are not a polite staff, never happy to handle anything. Texts work really well until you text with a complain that was never answered. we had too many issues to be addressed but none was dealt accordingly.
