The hotel have charged my credit card on June 13 the amount of USD 254.71 for consumption at the honor bar inside our room when we have consumed absolutely nothing. Despite explaining this to you, the hotel has not refunded the irregular and abusive charge.

ESTO SE ORIGINÓ POR POR UNA QUEJA QUE TUVIERON DE UN VECINO. QUEJA QUE NO APLICABA PORQUE ERAN LAS 8:30-9:00 PM PM FALTABA 1 HORA PARA EL QUIET TIME.

Booked a month in advance 3am when trying to use the shower is when I was told the water would be turned off from 11pm to 6am. After we got brown water

Overall the hotel was just OK. You sort of always put The Ritz in this category of untouchable, but I think when your expectations are always so high, you're bound to be disappointed. The hotel is in need of a facelift. Spent the weekend there for LDW - and it wasn't as relaxing as we thought it would be. The pool was really only peaceful from 8-11 and then a DJ came and the music was intolerable. Another disappointment was that the elevator was broken allowing you to have beach access from the pool level. The valet service was the most consistent on the property.
Was there celebrating a birthday and confirmed prior that there would be something celebratory.. I had to remind them and it was still late.

The staff is amazing.Very attentive to the guest needs.And they remember who you are.
Maggie is so genuine,Scott so personable and Richard they both never forget who you are and always remember your favorite drink.
Maurizio always keeps my favorite rum on hand and he so pleasant to talk to.
All the valet guys and bellmen are amazing.
I cant stop bragging about the staff to my friends.Now they want to come.
The beach attendant not very nice and ignores you when you walk up for chair services.He doesn't seem to enjoy his job.

I had breakfast at the Club level, which was great. Grace and Carlton in the Club Level are exceptional.
I didn't like the pillows at all. They were all flat. It would be nice to have a variety to choose from.
The decor of the hotel is very mediocre compared to other Rit'z Carlton locations.

Clean friendly. But the next door guests were so noisy we were woken up at 6:30 am with their loud talking and TV.
Next door guests so noisy and it was freezing so couldn’t enjoy beach or pool and it was why we went to Ft. Lauderdale. It rained too so couldn’t walk around.
