Was a really nice hotel all around
Didn’t like that the pool closed at 6 before we even checked in and the frig in the room really did get cold and was charged again when we checked in .and had to contact booking.com about get money refunded

I like the space and comfort of the room. The balcony and shower were great! I like that the curtains blacked out all the sunlight when I wanted to relax more.
I did not like that they didn't honor my early arrival time. I didn't like the booking.com customer service agent lied about fixing the situation. It wasn't a lot to dislike after I got to my room about 3hrs later.

We did not like the high price of the Starbucks coffee! We were disappointed that the hotel did not provide the lobby coffee, as most hotels do, as a bonus (free)

I liked the smell of fresh clean sheets, nice carpet, roomy shower, the soaps that are available, the refreshing orange-sliced water at the front desk and the options for healthy snacks.
I didn't find anything that was not to my liking. Perhaps an available microwave by the ice machine to reheat leftover food would be something to consider.
