Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean.

No towels the last two days of our stay.

Enjoyed the room and size of the tv. Couldn’t hear the other guests at all which was nice. Couldn’t find time to visit the pool but it looked clean.

Not a large variety for breakfast but what was there was good. Kinda hard to find when you aren’t familiar with the area.

Breakfast was good and adequate choice, staff were friendly and very pleasant

On site facilities lacked a little, no where on site for drink or evening meal, this would make the hotel stay a little easier

Overall facility was good. Pool was nice for the kids but key card access was not working.

Bathroom was very small. Room seemed very outdated.

I didn't like anything!!! I used booking.com when I got there they could not get my card to work!! And was rude and not helpful at all about it!!! I had more then enough money they refused to take cash!!! I will never book at a hotel of there's again, the red roof in right next door was very helpful and got me a room right away!! The bald white guy at Fairfield in is rude, and don't know how Todo his job. He should be fired!!!!!!!!!

Television was not working and previous tenant’s food and drink were not removed from the refrigerator prior to our check-in. We were promptly given a new room.

Room, staff facility was top notch. Enjoyed the breakfast put together by a lady that puts her heart into her work.we we're assigned a handicapped room

We were put into a handicapped room. Both my wife and I were looking to relax in a tub with sore backs after a full day. Water from shower goes all over the floor. Sink and or vanity in the bathroom would be a plus so as not to wake your spouse with the sink in the common area hallway. Furnace and refrig worked great thank you. On

arrived there about midnight just to find out that they are out of rooms, despite checking in online earlier that day

location, no sign on the street to tell us where the hotel was, when we got there, we tried to check in but the keys they gave us didn't open up the door. I went back downstairs and told the girls working the Front desk that the keys did not work. They gave me new set of keys which also did not lock the door. they suggested they move us to a different room so we went back upstairs to get our luggage. when we arrived at our newly assigned room, neither of those keys worked to open the door. so I went back downstairs to tell them the bad news. more to come below.....
