The room was clean and decently comfortable
We tried to get ice cream from the kitchen at 7:30 pm and were told that the kitchen was closed … even though there was signage saying that it was open until 10 pm . There was no explanation given .. in fact the girls was a bit rude about it . Will not choose this hotel again for our trips to Ann Arbor .

Very nice throughout, newly refurbished. Surprisingly quiet and well sound-proofed room considering it's next to an interstate. First hotel I've ever stayed at with shades that actually block outside lights

The pool for the kids
I couldn't have My king bed. Next to the kids room.
The housekeeper did not knock before trying to enter the kids room. That was a big no no and not acceptable. It scared them.

My family and I had a great time! The pool was awesome and the staff was really great. The only negative comment I have would be the shower floors are very slippery, and there is not guide on the tv. Other than that, it was awesome, and we’ll 100% return in the future.

Safe location. The room I booked with booking.com said lakeview, king room. As of today, 6/25/2022, it still does. When I got to the hotel last night the person behind the desk said there were no water view rooms available. I said that was what I paid for. She basically said, "Well, we're sold out, and that I didn't request a water view. "I stated that that was in the description of the room on booking.com, so why would I request what I was already paying for in the description. She didn't budge, and all I'm hearing in an email from booking.com is to leave a review. Here's my review, what I paid for and saw on your website is not what I received. My view was of the parking lot; not what I registered for and paid for. Compensation is in order. Laura
