The people were great. Not a single employee was not only very pleasant but also Courteous. The breakfast was very good.

Room was good size with all comforts of home

I was in Syracuse for a funeral so my stay was brief. I was too exhausted to eat, so I bought from your snack center. Was disappointed that the almonds were $4.50 and so stale I could not eat them. Breakfast the next morning more than made up for me not having dinner - it was great

Breakfast is always a great plus but those waffles were on point. My fam luv them. Proximity to the gas station and the casino. It was very easy to get back on the road to head home to "The ROC".

It was a pleasurable stay. No loud noise. Had a beautiful nite sleep.

the rooms were SO clean and smelled amazing. the staff was so friendly and very helpful. it was so nice that the hotel had a shuttle for the casino and is directly across the street. the hotel doors also lock after a certain time and require keycard access to get inside which is also very nice and gives a good sense of security. i’m very happy with our stay and enjoyed staying here far more than when we have stayed at the hotels connected to turning stone.
