After we checked out, we discovered we had left one of your bags somewhere. There was some delay in getting response from houskeeping that it was not found in the room.

The people were great. Not a single employee was not only very pleasant but also Courteous. The breakfast was very good.

The air conditioning in my room was not very cold and the check in took almost an hour. For the price, it was a 6 out of 10. The people made is an 8...

Room was good size with all comforts of home

I was in Syracuse for a funeral so my stay was brief. I was too exhausted to eat, so I bought from your snack center. Was disappointed that the almonds were $4.50 and so stale I could not eat them. Breakfast the next morning more than made up for me not having dinner - it was great

Breakfast is always a great plus but those waffles were on point. My fam luv them. Proximity to the gas station and the casino. It was very easy to get back on the road to head home to "The ROC".

It was a pleasurable stay. No loud noise. Had a beautiful nite sleep.
