El hotel cumple las expectativas de pasar una noche cómoda antes de tomar tu crucero. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y el desayuno incluido es un plus.

Everything! Parking on site. Breakfast area was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and substantial. I loved the seating area was comfortable. I liked the sink and refrigerator set-up. The separate sink area was appreciated.

What was there not to like? Unfortunately, it was only one night before a cruise. Based on what I experienced, I wanted at least a week.

Found hair in bed sheets, bed sheets in 2 rooms not cleaned.

I was double charged and have yet to get a refund. The carpet in the room was wet when we arrived and there was pecans on the ground near the balcony door.

The facility was in poor repair. Plug-in falling out of the wall and green. Refrigerator did not work. TV was crooked and you couldn’t straighten it. Bathtub had mold and the cleanliness was not up to any standards.

The hotel didn’t have any clean towels so we had to wait about an hour while the staff finished washing. The small kitchen area in my room was filthy. Dirty stained cups and sink smelled and was dirty. The ceiling above the shower looked like it had previous water damage and was caving in. The iron was old and broken. Tried to iron our outfits and it left stains on our shirts. No outlets by the beds to charge phones at night. The futon mattress my kids used during our stay had blood stains on the sheets. Disgusting!! Won’t ever return to this hotel. Swimming pool area also had a weird smell.
