The AC/heater wasn’t working

It was close to where we needed to be.

Room was dirty, walls were dirty, window in bathroom had a dead fly on it. I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room, walls and bathroom.

Great location for visiting the main strip in Williams. Just far enough away that the noise does not bother the hotel. Good parking.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better. The floors were dirty could not walk around barefoot. Room service happened at 8 AM so if you were to sleep in you wouldn’t have any clean towels or toilet paper unless you went to the front desk and asked.

There isn't much to like when you book a motel this cheap. The check-in was fine, the staff friendly. Parking was good - directly in front of the door of the room. The Motel is directly on Route 66 so everything that might be of any interest is within walking distance.

I don't care if something is old. If I want a 4-star hotel I have to book a 4-star hotel. If a motel is as cheap as this one I do expect outdated furniture etc.. But even with little things you can pimp up a cheap room like this one. One thing would be lighting that for one thing spends enough light to see something in the room and also the color of the light. The light bulbs reminded me of a waiting area at the airport... simply use warm white light bulbs to make the room at least a little bit more comfy. The heating is very outdated - it does work (and was needed since we had temperatures below 32°F) but it's so noisy that you can't use it at night. Since the bed only had a thin blanket which I would maybe use during summer time I literally froze my butt off and had to get my down jacket to use as extra cover. Staff gave me two extra blankets the second night.

I could not get the shower to work, and the water was boiling hot, too hot to bathe in. I couldn't figure it out, not sure if it was user error or if it was broken.

Affordable

I always, always stay at this hotel when I'm in town. They are very helpful when I have to arrive late, it is always clean. I never have a problem. The price is always very good. I will be coming up again next week thank you for all you do!

Towels were grey instead of white.

It was a pretty basic, older motel, a little rough around the edges but adequate. No breakfast, just a coffee maker in the room. The location was great for walking around town, to dining, etc. Plenty of parking. Nice staff.

They could do a little updating & deep cleaning around baseboards in the bathroom.

Friendly and attentive staff. I was pleased by the safety measures they have taken to minimize Covid risk.

The underneath bed covering had a blood stain. Not very hygienic. Rooms need to have better cleaning. Room cleaners need to wear hair nets. Long dark hair everywhere

This is where I always stay when I come to Williams. It's priced right, within walking distance to everything in town, always very accommodating if I need to arrive late. Rooms are always clean!!
