I traveled for 15 hours to find out my room was canceled even though two others checked in after me. Was told they contacted Booking.com and informed them to contact me but Booking.com didn’t. Was told they were a third rate booking agency. Was over 600 miles from home and no room. My daughter came and helped us. I realize the hotel nor booking.com cares nothing about seniors and will not use them anymore.

Awesome location next to Liberty University. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than an average continental breakfast.

I don't have any coplaints.

The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. We were in a stressful situation with moving my daughter off campus from Liberty and the stay made our situation so much easier to deal with. We had to also have our daughter's service animal with her and they were very accommodating in that situation as well.

The shower door leaks onto the bathroom floor. It's a product issue, there is no catch gasket holding the water inside the shower. We didn't have any other issues whatsoever.

Hotel in good location, friendly staff, clean

There was a high school track team there who were obnoxious that no one would confront. They started being loud at 4pm till 12:30am and only thing front desk offered was for me to move my room. How about address the noise as they are affecting everyone not just me?!! Running up and down the hall, yelling, slamming doors, running room to room and no adult in sight. Very disappointed as I stay here every other month for work. I’ll be thinking of a different choice next stay!

Both of my queen size beds had hair all underneath the sheets. Human hair, pet hair, and possibly pubic hair all on the sheets in each bed. Also mattress topper had a pee stain on it. I went down to the front desk to ask for new sheets, pillow cases, and comforters and changed out both beds before my child and I slept in the beds. The man at the front desk was helpful by giving me fresh bedding, his name was Brandon. Carpet was also dirty looking. I’ve stayed in Sleep Inn’s in the past and never witnessed such filth in any of my hotel stays before. Do not recommend and waste of money. No rest because I questioned the mattress after finding the hair everywhere!

Bathroom and A/C system may need an update
