Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location on the beach, pool and hot tub so nice!

The coffee is terrible. they offer a great concept with fresh ground beans. the water tastes terrible too maybe all they need is a good filter?

Location was nice.

Room smelled like smoke. Door was difficult to open and shut. Food left in the fridge. No kleenex in room.

I enjoyed everything about this property. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and the staff was warm and welcoming.

My only complaint was they didn't have ice around the juices and other cold Breakfast items so they were warm.

The check in staff. She was rude,hateful, and not very unhelpful. She couldn't find are reservation first. Then she said" I don't know if you room is clean or not" We had problems getting in our room. She got hateful and told us she didn't know what to do. She was rude even to the lady that was checking in before us. They had to change the battery on our door for it to work. We complained to the supervisor that was in charged. Sara was her name. She was very apologetic and gave us breakfast coupons and a 15.00 coupon on snacks. She said she would tell her boss about the lady at the front desk. The lady at the first desk told us she didn't care about her job. It was her play money and she could stay anywhere in U.S. for 40.00 a night. She was very unprofessional and she didn't know how to do her job. She was rude to everyone checking in!!!!!!!

Location

Pull out sofa mattress was stained and dirty. Asked for it to be replaced, it wasn't. Room was supposed to be cleaned on Saturday. It never was despite contacting and going to the front desk.

Breakfast wasn't included

The pool was closed. I would have selected a different location at the time of booking had I known the one amenity we wanted to use would be closed for the holiday weekend. The pillows were flat and offered no neck support. I recommend having hand soap for the sinks. The only option is the body soap and shampoo

They are not regularly cleaning rooms due to covid. If you ask the front desk to have housekeeping take care of something, they put you off. Also, lack of daily cleaning seems to have taken a toll. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Dusty etc. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and great location.
