it smelled like cigarettes, the door had been busted open before. sketchy people go there, wifi was sucky.

The hotel smelled horrible- smoke filled the hotel and the smell of wet dogs. I’m allergic to pet dander and hair. It was horrible- I had no idea this hotel was so filthy.

Simple but free

The hotel is very dated, old and musty smelling. The room was tidy but needed new bedding and pillows. Dark dreary,creepy😞The bed was hard as a brick, the bedspread was thin brown and felt like newspaper. The pillows looked fluffy but soon flatten, I think they use “my pillows” they are lumpy at first and flatten quickly. The bedding was horribly uncomfortable. The whole room looked like a scene from a 80’s murder mystery. The noise there is horrible too. At 6am the was a dog barking for an hour and lists of outside noise. The walls are so thin I could hear the gentleman peeing next door. I’m nothing fancy but for $164 a night this place should have been much nicer. The actual price should have been $39.95 a night. It was so bad I was tempted to take a loss and drive home in the middle of the night. Beware, don’t waste your money, pay another $50 and stay with Hilton. The staff was nice btw. Great location.

The room and halls smelled terrible, like cigarettes. Curtains falling down. Smoke detector covered with plastic. Holes in blankets.

we liked the spot, it was with next to Liberty University and made it easy to get back and forth from the game plus places we needed to go.

When we walked in we immediately noticed just how nasty the room was, the beds weren’t made there was a stench to the room that made us want to throw up. Our air conditioner worked to a point, but the bathroom door was missing the handle and wouldn’t close in general. If you’re out of king beds and someone books a king bed.. please tell them because it costed extra and instead I got a nasty room that I asked to be clean and the desk lady told me they would and they never did but please have someone look at the floors in room 319… or you will have someone falling through them.

non-smoking room smelled like a very dirty ashtray. I asked to change rooms to a non-smoking room and was told that the room I had was a non-smoking room. Hotel seemed to have a lot of homeless loitering.

Roaches in the shower. Blood all over the wall. Hallway smelled really bad.

I never complaint but who ever owns this hotel needs to take better care of it . staff try to help us out but … there was bed bugs on our room , carpet was very dirty , no cover in the ironing board ,air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

No protein or milk in breakfast. Nothing fresh. Room door wouldn’t close properly. The place seemed pretty run down.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast variety was great. Aaron was superb at accommodating all our needs especially helping to get our TV to work properly.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The carpets were very dirty. Rooms that were supposed to be non-smoking were obviously smoked in. There was evidence of burns on the carpet & bed spreads.
