It was a good location at an affordable rate.

The rooms had ants and roaches, a broken lamp and broken bathroom exhaust fan.

Drug city, drugs are sold right out of the side door. Cars are being tampered with while you sleep. Its advertised as pet friendly but they are very discriminating if you have dogs. The picture on the website do not belong to this place. There is no gym, working laundry facilities or even working vending machines. You basically have to play treasure hunt to find where the dumpster is for this facility. The lighting in bathroom is very dim. So if you do your makeup bring a light with you. Last but not least, there is a little bit of a cockroach problem as I seen a few in my very dark bathroom.

There was literally cockroaches everywhere and the bathroom was really dirty . The customer service was poor .

The rooms were clean & I like the jacuzzi. But there's still an ant problem. There's no breakfast. The front desk man at night acts like he's mad about giving out coffee creamer. I'm a very very HEAVY COFFEE drinker, sooo, I NEED MY COFFEE.

I didn't like the night desk man. He wasn't very customer service savvy. He always seem to have an attitude when I'd ask for coffee creamer. I didn't like the ants and the fact that there's no breakfast. Also, I don't like the fact that they don't allow you to check in before 3pm when the reservation page asks you for an estimated time of arrival. The room isn't ready anyway so it doesn't matter.

Pot smoking, not getting the room with a jacuzzi spa that I booked for, & cockroaches in the room. We checked in at 6:30 pm & left at 8:30pm. No money refunded. Disgusted.
