The amenities are great. Bar is great! Love the bartender- she is super nice.

Hidden cost… spent over $300 for two nights each on two rooms and had to pay $10 a day for parking. No where when booking said anything about parking fees. $10 a day for two vehicles for a total of $60 in just parking fees. Never once I’m my life and I’m 49 yrs old have I ever paid for parking at the hotel I stayed at, not any other resort town I’ve been in.

The bathroom vent was either moldy or full of dust. Dust was found accumulated in spots across the room. The mattress was uncomfortable and would shift throughout each move. The pool area smelled and carpet was stained throughout. An odor filled certain floors in the hotel. Lack of soundproofing in room and hear behind the walls and every person walking by and talking because there was an inch between the door and floor. Additionally noisey guests roamed halls late night and morning well past quiet hour. These issues were brought to staff which were supposed to have the manager get back to us. Never did.

The room could have been cleaner. There was hair. in the bathroom floor. You could hear every Word spoken in the hallway. And the spiders at night are ridiculous. They need to do something, especially for the price you're paying for those rooms.

We ate elsewhere as the price was a bit much for eggs and multiple people in our reservation.

What I did not like, was, the floors were always dirty outside the elevators. And more particularly, the pool always had dirty towels around, and there was a ring around the pool, which was disgusting.

The AC in the room was a bit on the loud side with no way of turning it off. Parking and breakfast at extra charge.

We didn't have a room when we arrived. They said it was bookings fault. Had to sleep 4 people to 1 bed for the first night. Then up graded to a 1 bed with pull out couch for the other 2 nights. Rooms & the whole facility was dirty. Housekeeping rudely played music when cleaning the rooms @ checkout. They didnt come into rooms the whole time to clean. But on check out date they came in @ 9:30am. Knocking then coming in saying housekeeping. We hadnt checked out yet, we wasnt even awake. Then she came back an hour later..

Everything was great except for lack of inclusive breakfast.

The fact that breakfast was not included in the hotel fare and that you had to pay extra for breakfast!
