The staff at the front desk were kind and pleasant. Continental breakfast was warm and good variety of food. Clean rooms with queen beds. Pool and beachfront access.

Housekeeping was non existent. One day out of 5 we receive fresh towels from housekeeping staff. They did not clean room, empty the garbage or touch the beds or clean the bathroom during our stay. Ice machine across from our room was loud and had a continuous buzzing noise. When we asked to switch rooms we were told we would have to cancel our stay thru booking.com and reschedule another stay for another room. The hotel was had vacancies. It was not a discussion.

We came down Wednesday-Friday we never seen housekeeping. We had running over trash cans and dirty towels, we didn’t ask for 14th we both are scared of heights so we didn’t use the ocean front balcony.

James at the front desk was amazing. We need more employees like him

The room was very nice and we loved being on the 15th floor. The staff was excellent!

Everything was nice but if I had to pick one thing I didn't like, it would be the shower. While showering, the curtain wanted to rub up against you and we didn't like that.

I did like the pool and access to the beach. I did like all the lounge chairs and extra seating that was provided outside. The hotel lobby always smelled extremely fresh, just wished the rooms did.

I'm still pissed that I didn't get the room that I paid for. This was the 2nd time that this has happened at this hotel. I won't choose them again. The standard room don't even provide a small refrigerator or microwave. I had brought water and drinks and microwave popcorn for the stay. The drinks from the bar were ok, but couldn't order any thing fried because the fryer was broken. The elevators didn't always work. The internet didn't work one day!. I hate that I got charged daily for Guest Housekeeping but all they provide is towels and trash pickup. Not used to not getting the bed made daily. I didn't get fresh towels daily...had to ask for them and one day I was told that they were out of towels..shame on them.

The location was great near plenty of things. The place itself was wonderful. Nice bar, restaurant, pool area, and quick access path to the beach. Smoking was allowed on the balcony which was great since we were on the 8th floor.

Nothing I didn’t like really about the hotel except the towels that were in the room weren’t clean but they happily gave us clean ones

Dirty, expensive, old inside. Not a boutique hotel at all. there were birds in the corridor at my floor. breakfast was awful. don’t go there. unfriendly staff.

The hallways and rooms were very dirty and not maintained. The hallways were filthy and not vacuumed the whole time we were there. Even though we were charged a fee for daily house keeping, you needed to schedule housekeeping if you wanted the room cleaned and when we did that, the cleaning was minimal. Water rings were still left on the surfaces and bathroom was still dirty after the cleaning. Dust was everywhere.

Location is excellent as well as access to the beach, hot tub and pool. Staff members were excellent and friendly. The breakfast is worth getting out of bed for…delicious!

we truly have no complaints and plan to make our trip a yearly one.
