2nd stay at property and I will be back for more visits. It was wonderful!! My favorite front desk lady Angel is awesome!!!!

2 front desk ladies were rude.

Great location and value. the onsite bar and grill was an added bonus. easy access to the beach

The pool was a little small for the amount of people. all our room service received was clean towels for two days the trash cans didn’t get emptied for almost days, the bed was never made nor were the sheets clean after we checked into the hotel. the staff was helpful. didn’t like that I had to walk across street and parking lot for the complementary breakfast. It was almost not worth the walk but the staff at the breakfast place was so polite, friendly it made going enjoyable.

How old and out dated the hotel was , elevator look like it was installed in the 50’s. The carpet in the hallway was old and smell of mildew.

Beds were super comfy, breakfast included and plenty of options.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Lots of pools and the lounge chairs and picnic tables were a plus.

It’s dated. The check-in line was unorganized. Need more wash cloths available for guests. I didn’t like having to walk across the street for breakfast.

The suite was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. There was a 2-hour additional wait time to check in. Once checked in, I inspected our room, NOT CLEAN!! One of the beds was not madeyp AND the pillow case had BLOOD STAINS !! I was horrified!!!

I like that the property was clean and the breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and even correcting an error.

The breakfast was the best aspect of the stay.

When we arrived a little after 4pm, the lobby was full of angry guests waiting on rooms that were not ready. I’m not sure if the staff was just at their wits end or what but they were not being nice to guests and the manager was “in the back” not out there dealing with guests at all. I was told my room was not ready and I would get a push notification on my phone when it was and to come back to the express check in line. I went out to my car and waited. Notification came at 5:37pm and I returned as instructed. I was yelled at by another guest and his wife in the regular check in line who assumed I had cut in front of him even though it was a separate line. The elevator was broken and we were on the 7th floor so my daughter and I had to lug our bags up 7 flights of stairs. The room was ok but “grimy”, the tub was gross, pillows stained, sliding door was broken…there was no hairdryer or do not disturb hanger for the door. There were kids running through the halls the whole stay knocking on doors and running away…. Other guests screaming profanities at them throughout the halls. The location was good and the breakfast buffet was above average. The oceanfront view was great once we managed to get the door opened. It’s unlikely I’d ever stay here again.

I booked the hotel on booking.com for an accessible room with a roll in shower. I did not get that I got a chair for the shower that was made for the a child, when it was intended for my dad that is 6’3 and 300lbs. Which had only 2 suction cups, and he fell. He hit his head and back. The hotel was not very understanding of the situation. The last night we moved rooms that actually did have a roll in shower, but that is what we should have had in the first place.

Staffing ( maintenance personnel) was questionable on sobriety and facility could have better maintenance.

Location and breakfast are great! We like the suite too, very spacious.

The drainer in the sink is broken. We have to wait for the water to drain overnight. There were socks and underwear in the closet. The heated pool and jacuzzi were dirty.

Outdated. Muggy rooms. No one was there it seemed like we were the only guests which felt a little creepy.

La habitación es muy amplia y con cocina totalmente equipada y baño. Las camas son bastante cómodas. Hay vistas al mar tanto desde la terraza de la habitación como desde los pasillos del edificio (la playa está al lado). El aparcamiento está justo enfrente y detrás del aparcamiento está el restaurante donde se desayuna. El desayuno está bastante bien y en personal que lo atiende era muy amable (intentaron incluso decirnos algunas palabras en español). El precio por noche es adecuado.

Al entrar en la habitación había una cucaracha. El restaurante donde se desayuna tiene una serie de carteles un poco confusos (en la puerta de entrada está escrito «exit» varias veces y además parece que la entrada estuviera indicada hacia otro lugar).

The bedding seemed very old and thus we didn't feel clean sleeping in them.

Der Ausblick ist toll! Das kleine Restaurant zum Frühstück war gut, Personal sehr freundlich! Ebenso am Empfang. Die Zimmer waren sauber!

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Daher entsprechen die Bilder nicht mehr dem Original vor Ort.

The rooms were very spacious and clean.I really loved all the different pools available, the bar. The outside sitting area and jacuzzi’s. And the fact that our room was right in front of the beach was a plus.

The breakfast could have had a little more options like bagels or cereal etc... The sausages were so over cooked they were hard. And the eggs were very “ slimy “ but waffles and potatoes were good.

The beach was clean, and the pools were cleaned before the opening. In the evening the lobby was messy, and it is a first imprentino you’ve got. The room was tidy and as expected. The breakfast was good, not hot though. Overall we had great experience there. Parking was a little bit of a hassle.
