ample parking with vehicle plug ins & a very clean hotel. Cleaning staff need a raise.

Easy access

The room was very nice and cozy and the staff were great, was not a bad stay overall would definately book here again

The morning breakfest was ok, eggs were kinda watery and the hash browns were cold to be honost, i was also held at gunpoint and robbed in the parking lot but i dont blame anyone at the hotel for that, and the fire alarm went off really late at night kinda scared the crap outta me

the front desk lady is so nice and the room was very clean and warm. I also love the postcards they sell at the hotel

Very nice clean building. Staff were accommodating. The room was large and very comfortable

We were told the wrong hours for breakfast so we came down just as they were closing it up

Location was good very close to the airport, love breakfast

Mattress had an urine stain

They could keep a few more food items in the gift shop .. if you arrive late , there is nothing close by especially in winter

Breakfast was OK. I’ve had much better. The location was terrible. We had to pay a lot of money to a 3rd party form to take us places.

The car that picked us up was old and dirty, inside and out. The carpet in our room was torn badly at the door. We had to put a towel over it; the bathroom wall had a hole in it where the toilet paper holder was supposed to be; the desk chair was so dirty, we had to put another towel over it; the microwave in the gift shop (where we were supposed to heat cups of water) was filthy dirty and we refused to use it. The laundry room was dirty too! This property was NOT in any way typical of a Wyndom Hotel. I’ve stayed at many during my work career and they all were very nice. I have to say that the staff was very nice and helpful.
