The place is in shambles, we checked in and immediately went to my brothers wedding rehearsal, when we got back there were several Skechey people wondering the halls that seemed to be on drugs, we found out a short time later that they lived there. We closed the door and decided to go to sleep and find a new place in the morning, but the second we shut off the lights a army of cockroaches came out- all over the walls everywhere- I felt like I was in a horror movie- we packed our bags and got the heck out of there before my whole family ended up on a milk carton. Do not bring your family here- but if you’re looking for a place to do drugs then this is a great place for you

The hotel is very outdated

Room didn’t have enough towels, no toilet paper, ice machine was broken, and the electronic key card maker was broken so staff had to let us into our room. Once inside the hotel it overall looked run-down and in need of TLC along with a musty smell. My room adjoined another one and I could hear their TV.

keys didn’t work so we had to ask staff to let us in and out of the room, reservation was messed up but was fixed, bathroom doors and regular door were hard to get out of, microwave was dirty

The room wasn't very clean. There was a used washcloth hanging on the curtain rod of the shower. The toilet paper holding was half hanging off the wall. There were multiple hairs on the top sheet. The sheets were extremely thin. There were white paint spots on the rug we assumed were from painting the ceiling and we found a pill next to the bed

Receptionist was very kind and friendly. Air conditioning worked great.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Bathroom was only slightly higher than 6 feet tall. Taller people have to crouch just to stand in there. Bathroom lighting was also very dim. Closet doors did not close all the way and made it hard to enter/exit the room. Shower water would randomly change temperature from very hot to cold.

Nice location, friendly front desk and maintenance guy. Room was clean.

Only one worker handling phone calls, walk ins. We had to complain about the pool. there was a family having a birthday party and wouldn’t allow other kids to get in the pool. Pool area bathrooms were clogged, no maintenance at the pool water all over the place and the pool seem dirty, always and elevator wet from kids running in and out the pool. so a little more maintenance at the pool would be a great thing to do.

very disappointed everything was dirty! it smells like old wet rug, I went to the pool area with my family and noticed two fat wet diaper the inside of the diaper was all over the pool. room I stayed in had dirty curtains, pillows sheets and the rug was all stained. workers where so rude and looked so miserable working there. breakfast was one small room with 5 tables and literally can only fit three the room was old and nasty . I try asking for a refund they told me no cuz I booked with a 3rd party,

I arrived a hour early asked can I check in because I was tired was told know ask can I sit in lobby for the hour and was told no also so I didn’t get the room and I lost my money they didn’t give it back

Really nice staff n bed was comfy

Pool n hot tub wasn't working and that's what we wanted to use after a long week of work
