Room was old and dirty. TV remote didn't work and could not get it replaced

Front desk personnel were the best thing about this place. Very pleasant and helpful.

Elevator raised concerns with all the creaks and groans while in operation. Tub was so discolored at the bottom, I wouldn't go near it. There was one tiny bar of soap provided...NOTHING ELSE. Hallway smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. My autistic son and myself are both highly sensitive to scents, especially cigarette smoke. The remote didn't work in our room so I had to dress after settling in for the night to go down to the lobby to get a working remote. Again, the front desk person was very helpful but at $160 for the night, you would expect not to have to be frustrated just trying to put something on the very small television in your room.

Staff was super friendly

The room was not clean, comforter completely stained, holes in bathroom walls, floors dirty

Don't advertise that there is a pool if it's not up and running. We didnt even stay there we cancelled our booking and went somewhere else

The pillows were soft

They have no pool it is closed the door handle was falling off the bathroom door the refrigerator did not work the hotel smelled like marijuana

The pool was shut down they didn’t say anything before the stay it just looked gross

Good location. Fairly clean.

Booked as a room with 3 queen beds and they stated that they don’t know why it was booked that way because they don’t offer. Would have to pay additional for upgrade to room with 2 beds and a sofa. Pool closed. Had to unclog own toilet. Television remote did not work.

The rooms were decently clean and not worn-down like other hotels you pay the same price for.

Our fridge wasn’t working so we have to have the front desk put our refrigerated items in their laundry room fridge. And almost every time we came back to the hotel to open our room, our room key would deactivate and we’d have to keep revisiting the front desk for them to reactivate it.
